- Accumulator
- A single bet that links two or more selections; all must win for the bet to pay out.
- Arbitrage
- A strategy that uses differing odds across bookmakers to guarantee a profit regardless of the outcome.
- Asian Handicap
- A type of bet that gives one team a half‑goal advantage or disadvantage to make the match balanced and remove the draw option.
- Bankroll Management
- The practice of setting aside a budget for betting and deciding how much to wager on each bet.
- Bet Builder
- A feature that lets you combine several betting choices from the same match into a single wager.
- Bookmaker
- A company or person that sets odds and accepts bets on sporting events.
- Both Teams to Score (BTTS)
- A bet on whether each side will score at least one goal during the match.
- Cash Out
- The option to settle a bet before the match ends, locking in a profit or reducing a loss.
- Correct Score
- A bet that requires predicting the exact final score of a match.
- Double Chance
- A wager that covers two of the three possible outcomes of a match (win, draw, or loss) in one bet.
- Goal Line
- A bet on the total number of goals in a match, similar to Over/Under but often set as a line that can include a half‑goal.
- Half-Time/Full-Time
- A bet that asks you to guess both the result at halftime and the final result of the match.
- Juice
- The extra fee a sportsbook adds to the odds, ensuring they make a profit on each wager.
- Kelly Criterion
- A formula that calculates the optimal percentage of your bankroll to wager based on the perceived edge.
- Line Movement
- The change in odds or point spreads after they are first posted, often caused by betting volume or new information.
- Live Betting
- Placing bets on a match while it is in progress, with odds that change as the game goes on.
- Margin
- The percentage of each bet that the sportsbook expects to keep as profit over the long run.
- Market
- The set of odds or betting options available for a particular sport, league, or event.
- Odds
- Numbers that show how likely an outcome is and how much you can win relative to your stake.
- Over/Under

- Push
